Upon successful shipment, an e-mail notification will be sent to the address provided at the time of purchase, in which information on the date of shipment and, if applicable, the tracking number useful for monitoring the status of the delivery will be provided.

In the event of non-delivery, the buyer will be contacted at the phone number or e-mail, or otherwise at the reference provided in the purchase order, by customer service to arrange a delivery date, if no further delivery attempts by the contracted courier are planned.

⦁ the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is stated in the order confirmation e-mail;

⦁ the packaging is intact and undamaged.

Only after these verifications can the buyer accept the delivery and sign the relevant document. Once the courier’s document has been signed, no objection can be made about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

If any damage or errors are found in the shipment, the buyer may refuse the delivery and raise a dispute directly with the courier, at the same time sending an informational e-mail to The Meter customer service. Any problems concerning the integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported to The Meter within 5 days of delivery.
