1.Returns and refunds
In case of defects, the purchased product may be returned, together with the original packaging, within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the original sales receipt or invoice.
The Meter, may at its option replace the product or refund the purchase price; in the latter case, the refund will be made in accordance with the method of payment used at the time of purchase. Refund will be made by bank transfer, within ten (10) working days, if the amount subject to be refund exceeds 1.019 euros for purchases made in cash, by cash equivalent means of payment, or by check. Also, note the following:
Products with custom configurations can neither be returned nor exchanged.
Products can only be returned to the country in which they were purchased.

3.Guarantees
Under Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code, Italian consumers have up to 24 months to complain to the seller about a defect in the product existing at the time of delivery of the product. It is presumed that defects arising in the first 6 months after delivery of the product existed at the time of delivery. A consumer who wishes to assert a warranty under the Consumer Code can contact The Meter by filling out the appropriate form

Commercial Area
1.Shipping info
The shipping of The Meter differs according to geographic region. We deliver within 3 to 5 working days across the country. For shipments to foreign countries, the price and shipping time will vary depending on the destination.
Purchase orders are processed within 1/2 business days after payment is credited/received.
We ship nationwide with insurance that covers the value of the goods purchased. In case of loss or damage of products during transportation, you will be protected by our insurance, free of charge for you.
Upon successful shipment, we will send an e-mail notification. An additional notification, again by e-mail, will be sent by our courier (DHL), which will give you the date of shipment and the tracking number needed to monitor the status of the delivery.
In case of non-delivery, the courier will attempt delivery for three consecutive working days. After that, the package will go to the courier’s logistics center for storage. You will then be contacted by phone or e-mail (if no phone number was given) by our customer service department. In the event that the package remains in storage for three days, we will return the goods to our warehouse charging shipping costs. We reserve the right to charge you for any second shipment.
Delivery is during office hours (9 a.m.-6 p.m.) to the address provided. By the way: we recommend that you provide as precise information as possible (recipient, full address, phone number), so you will help us to offer you a timely delivery, with no unforeseen problems.
Remember that The Meter cannot in any way require the courier to contact you before delivery, nor can it specify a time for delivery. It is up to you, in case of any inquiries, to contact the call center of the express courier service, using the information we will provide you through the shipping notification.
At the time of delivery and before signing the package delivery document, please verify that:
⦁ the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is stated in the order confirmation email;
⦁ the packaging is intact and undamaged.
Only after these verifications can you accept the delivery and sign the relevant document. Once the courier’s document has been signed, no objection can be made about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
If any damage or errors are found in the shipment, you may refuse the delivery and raise a dispute directly with the courier company, at the same time sending an informative e-mail to our customer service department. Any problems concerning the integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported to The Meter within 5 days of delivery. The delivery date is defined as the date given by the express courier as valid.

2.Conditions of sale
The terms contained in these general conditions do not deprive the purchaser, if he is a consumer, of the rights conferred by the applicable mandatory rules, including the rights and actions referred to in Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 6, 2005 (“Consumer Code”).
Under Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code, Italian consumers have up to 26 months to complain to the seller about a defect in the product existing at the time of delivery of the product. It is presumed that defects arising in the first 6 months after delivery of the product existed at the time of delivery. A consumer who wishes to assert a warranty under the Consumer Code can contact The Meter by filling out the appropriate form.

By purchasing this product, you expressly agree to the following:
Purchases with financing are subject to the terms and conditions of the financing agreement. Therefore, it may not be possible to return them according to this policy.
The purchase and use of The Meter products is subject to the terms and conditions available on the Support page.
Prices
In case The Meter reduces the price of any The Meter-branded product The Meter, any purchaser of such product who has made a purchase within the fourteen (14) days preceding the date of the price reduction shall be entitled to claim a refund equal to the difference between the price paid and the new price. For this purpose, the purchaser must produce the original sales receipt or invoice; such refund may be claimed within fourteen (14) days from the date of the price reduction. The Meter reserves the right to change the price of products or correct any errors in the price at any time.
Export
The Meter’s products are subject to applicable customs and export control laws and regulations and, therefore, must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, or used in accordance with such laws and regulations.
Product availability and limitations
The Meter reserves the right, at its discretion and at different times, to limit the amount of products available for purchase by its customers. As such, The Meter may require additional qualifying information before accepting or processing any order.
